Shipments are dispatched in cooperation with the contractual partners GLS for the rest of the EU and Pošta Slovenije for Slovenia.
Each shipment is equipped with a tracking number to help track the package.
You can pick up the parcel in person or it can be taken over by your legal representative or guardian on your behalf.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, GLS will send you a message indicating where the package is or who can contact you to resubmit your package. You can also agree with the GLS service provider for a new delivery period by telephone. You can find out more about this here.
If you are not home at the time of delivery at the specified address, Pošta Slovenije will give you a notice of the package you are picking up at the pick-up point. You can find out more about this here.
